Hi, I'm Mindy Black with Inner Beauty Skin Care, and in this video, we're going to talk about one of my favorites: How to preserve your skin's elasticity at age 30. Let's get started. To keep your skin bright and vibrant, glowing, plump, and healthy in your 30s, always think of anti-aging creams and treatments. This is a really good time to incorporate retinols, also known as vitamin A, to promote the collagen production, reduce fine lines, and improve that tone. Exfoliate more frequently to eliminate the dead, dry, dull skin cells, and opt for a moisturizer containing vitamin C. It's high in antioxidants, can help stimulate collagen production, and helps to reduce the fine lines and wrinkles. It has a potential to help us with elasticity. Also, of course, a healthy diet consisting of lots of water, fruits and dark leafy green vegetables that are high in antioxidants, they fight free radicals, and they promote collagen production. Welcome to the best era of your life. Most say life just begins in your 30s. I can attest and strongly agree, the 30s have been the best years, so far. I feel smarter. I'm more powerful, more patient, more protective with how I spend my time, and I'm even more cautious and protective over my skin. This is prime time for us to prevent those visible signs of aging. The number will always be with us, but the age lines don't have to. By age 30 the collagen production slows down. The skin cells don't shed as frequently as they did in our 20s, and our skin is changing constantly due to hormones, pregnancy, weight fluctuation, seasons, and lifestyle. So, here are some tips to maintaining skin's elasticity in your 30s. I'm Mindy Black. Thanks for watching.
