Hi, my name is Stella Metsovas. I'm a media, nutrition, and health expert. I'm going to show you how to make one of my favorite salads of all time. It's a fig and feta salad. So good! You will love this. Well, I'm going to begin by layering a dish with some spinach and arugula. I've pre-cut some figs - you can use fresh or dried. Today, I'm using dried figs. I'm using two varieties: a dark Black Mission fig, and a lighter. I'm going to use some walnuts that pair perfectly with the fig. I'm going to use some Kalamata olives. And finally, the feta, which is going to really bring out the sweet texture of the fig. I'm going to use a simple vinaigrette of olive oil, sea salt, pepper. Not adding lemon to this one, because you want to make sure it's not tart. Here we go: A Greek feta and fig salad. Enjoy! Kali orexi!
