Hi, my name is Stella Metsovas, and I'm a health and nutrition expert, and my specialty lies within the Mediterranean diet. Today, I'm shooting at the beautiful Laguna Beach Culinary Arts Institute, and I'm going to show you how to make a tuna salad recipe using Greek yogurt. Now, Greek yogurt is really big in the marketplace right now, because it tastes so good. It's almost like a custard. And, pairing it with tuna salad makes it almost seem like it's a mayonnaise, and it's not. So, you're really skimming on the calories. Really healthy for you, high in protein. Now, I'm going to mix some scallions. You can add the scallions or not. I love scallions with tuna salad. I'm going to add some dried cranberries, and some pecans. Pecans are just a buttery nut, gives it a nice texture, especially when paired with the cranberries. This dish is high in protein. Add a little bit more more of the tuna in there. You can add as much yogurt, or as little, as you like. And, there you go, a healthy Greek-style tuna salad and yogurt recipe.
