Hi, my name is Barbara Brenseke, and I'm from Train For The Game on Long Island. Today, we're going to talk about tilt and squeeze exercises. The tilt and squeeze is similar to a bridge, except you use your inner thighs. Lay on your back, bring your hips up, off the floor, your arms are down by your side, squeeze your thighs together, or knees together. Back, out,bring your hips back down to the floor and relax. Again, bring your hips up, squeeze your abdominals tight, exhale on the way up. Bring your knees together, squeeze your abs, squeeze your thighs together. Release your thighs and knees go back, out, hips, back down to the floor. This is a tilt and squeeze exercise. The tilt and squeeze not only works your inner thighs, but your abdominal muscles are included, your quadriceps muscles are included. And it works the core musculature in your lower back.
