Hi, I'm Max Tucci, celebrity chef and lifestyle expert. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a tasty mortadella panini. Now of course I'm Italian so mortadella is one of my favorite things. I grew up on it. What we're going to use is mortadella, some provolone cheese, some Italian bread, some vegonnaise which is a substitute for mayonnaise and some mustard. We've got our panini grilled nice and hot here and ready to go. So what we're going to do is we're just going to put some mustard right onto our Italian bread, edge to edge, remember and then what we're going to do is we're going to put some vegannaise right on there, again edge to edge. We're going to do that on both slices of the Italian bread. Now the Italian bread you can get locally at any of your local bakers or you can just get the one that they sell right at the supermarket, got that mustard going, get that right on your bread and when you ask for the mortadella, make sure you get it nice and thinly sliced. put the mortadella right onto that bread, three slices, get that provolone right on top, we'll do two slices here, cover that up and put that right into your panini machine. Now be careful, it's hot. So have a towel or a potholder on the side so that you can push that lid down and get those nice grill marks like they do in Italy. Oh you can hear it sizzle. Mortadella is such a fabulous meat. If you want to add some pistachios to this, you could do that and it would be super delicious. We've almost got it ready here. I love the mortadella and provolone together and with some vegannaise and mustard on Italian bread it's so tasty. And there we have it, look at that panini. We're going to put that on our plate and make sure when you cut it you cut it right on the angle because you have to have that point. That is one tasty mortadella panini.
