Hi, this is Max Tucci, celebrity chef and lifestyle expert. Today, I'm going to show you how to make croutons fast. Now this is a very simple recipe and all we need are some baguettes. We're going to talk about that in a minute, how we're going to break them up, some olive oil, some Italian seasoning, some salt, the mixed salt, some tin foil and a baking sheet. And now this is very simple. You might need a knife too but we've already got them cut up to so I'm going to show you how to do this without a knife. Now the fun part about doing croutons fast is that you can get creative with them and all you really need is the olive oil and the seasoning. So once they are cubed up like this you're going to put them right onto your baking sheet. Now you're going to have the oven preheated to 350 and already going so that they're going to take about a minute and a half to do and then you just spread them on your cookie sheet or your baking pan, your tin foil. If you like to use parchment paper, you can use parchment paper. I like parchment paper but today we had tin foil. Now the simple way to do this is once you've cut the baguette into little pieces like this, all you really have to do is rip them into like little squares. Use your hands, be creative, make sure you wash them first and then we're not going to use any of the ingredients yet. We're just going to put these right into the oven. So these croutons have been in the oven a little bit longer, for almost two and a half to three minutes and how do you know they're done? They're going to be golden and crunchy. Now remember, the longer you keep them out, a crouton is going to get harder anyway just because of the natural air with the bread. So now we're going to dress these up. This is my favorite part. Take some olive oil and we're just going to lightly sprinkle it over. Don't worry if you hit all of them or not and then you're going to get some Italian seasoning, sprinkle them right on and then some mixture of salt. I love this stuff. You can get it anywhere. Any salt mixtures that have salt and other wonderful herbs inside is a great alternative as opposed to just salt, shake that all on. Let it sit for a moment. If you want to pop it back in the oven for another minute, that's fine and then when they're done all you have to do is throw them into a bowl and put them on your favorite salads. Now these are my favorite things and I hope you enjoy them too. These are how I make croutons fast. I'm Max Tucci. Thanks for watching.
