Hi, my name is Zach, and today I'm going to explain how to make a television effect in Final Cut Pro. First, you're going to start off by going to your effects bin. Once in there, you're going to go to video filters. You're going to scroll down to stylize. Now, you're going to look for an effect called bad TV. That's the clip you're going to want to select. Just click and drag it to your video clip. Next, you're going to go up into your filters tab. And in the filters tab, you're going to take the waviness down to zero and the roll up to a 100. Now, you will need to render and once your clip is rendered, it will look like this. My name is Zach, and I just taught you how to put a TV effect in Final Cut Pro.
