Hey hey, BC from Las Perlas, downtown LA, and today we're going to learn how to make our own sweet mix for our margarita. So here at Las Perlas we actually do it fresh everything fresh, none of that packaged stuff, nothing frozen, it's all made right here from scratch. So what we do is we actually take freshly squeezed lime juice and we're going to take about one ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice. We're going to put it right in here in our beautiful tin. Then we're going to take a half ounce of Agave Nectar. This is your sweetness. You have your tart and then you have your sweet right here. We're going to throw that in there and then what we're going to do is take our Royal Combier. Now Combier is a clear orange liquor. Now what makes Royal Combier different is it's actually a clear orange liquor mixed with a little bit of cognac and some liquor spirit. So this spirit actually has a cross between spices of cardamom, myrrh, cinnamon and a couple other things. We're going to stir all that up. Now if you don't have Combier, you can use any orange flavoring you want from orange juice, freshly squeezed to Triple Sec, Cointreau, Grand Marnier even. Once you stir that bad boy up, give it a good tap and you're going to just sit it right in the glass right there for you to see what it looks like and that is how you have your sweet sour mix right here for your margarita at Las Perlas. Again, my name is BC in downtown LA and I'm telling you, have a good drink.
