Hi, my name is BC. I'm here at Las Perlas and I am going to show you how to make a single margarita. So we're going to start off by getting ice in our tin. I'm going to fill the tin about half way up so that way it will fill the glass completely. And then what we do here at Las Perlas to make our margaritas, we use two ounces of tequila. Today, we're going to be using Espolon. It's a reposado. We're going to use two ounces. Two ounces is about an eight count. We're going to use one ounce of lime juice, fresh lime juice. That's a four count. Then we're going to use a half ounce of Royal Combier. You can use Royal Combier or you can use any orange liquor. So we'll use half an ounce. And half an ounce of agave nectar for sweetness to take away that tartness. Then we're going to take our tin and shake this bad boy up. Once shaken, pour it right into the glass, have your napkin down. That looks delicious. Then we're just going to take our lime to garnish, put it right on top, get some straws so that way it makes it easy to sip, and behold. Your Las Perlas margarita.
