Hi, I'm Rona Lewis, fitness and lifestyle coach and healthy chef. Today, I'm going to show you how to use dill with salmon. Now, dill is what's called a delicate herb. This means that you can't really put it on anything before you cook it, because it will either burn or get eaten up by whatever method that you're going to be cooking with. So, the best way to do it is to either sprinkle it on afterwards or mix it in something. So, I'm going to show you how I like to make salmon with a little dill sauce. You take six to eight ounces of salmon. I spray it with some olive oil. Add a little salt and pepper, and then I take the juice of half a lime to pour it on top. I happen to like the combination of lime and dill. Now, you can take this piece of fish and grill it or broil it. Any way you want to do it is fine. But, the secret is to take butter and dill and mix them together. You can do it on the stop top or in the microwave, and it comes out looking like this. So, when your salmon is finished--I chose to broil mine--it looks like this. Very simple, very delicious. You just pour some of this beautiful butter-dill sauce on top, and there you have salmon using dill. I'm Rona Lewis, fitness and lifestyle coach and healthy chef. Thanks for watching.
