Hi, I'm Rona Lewis, Fitness and Lifestyle Coach and Healthy Chef. And today, I'm going to show you how to make a wonderful marinade for salmon. Now, you can do all kinds of things with fish because it so readily grabs the flavor. But, I'm going to give you a basic one that as far as I know everyone really likes. Now, you're going to start with five or six ounces of olive oil, juice of a lemon, one to two ounces of a nice dry white wine. Garlic, about two to three, depending on how much garlic you like; make sure it's, it's minced, cloves. Not knuckles, cloves. Little salt and pepper and you can add a variety of herbs. One of my favorites especially with salmon is dill. So, I have about half to three quarters of a tablespoon of, of chopped dill. And all you do is whisk it together and it looks like this. Then, you can just pour it over your salmon, let is sit in the refrigerator for at least three hours; the more the merrier, overnight is even better. I'm Rona Lewis, Fitness and Lifestyle Coach, Healthy Chef, thanks for joining me for salmon marinade.
