Hi, my name is Chef Mike Neylan. I'm a personal chef in the Tuscon, Arizona area, and today I'm going to show you what brushing olive oil on pizza dough will do to it. First you roll out your pizza dough. Then take it between your knuckle and your thumb, gently pull it out. The olive oil will act as a nice sheen when the pizza is baked. And it can serve as a sauce for a vegetable pizza or any other type of pizza. And that is how you brush olive oil on a pizza to get a nice sheen when it is baked.
