Hi, my name is Chef Mike Neylan. I'm a Tuscon personal chef, and I'm going to show you how to make a pan pizza with no-yeast pizza dough. A no-yeast pizza dough is very dense so it's going to be hard to roll out than regular pizza dough. So you have to work at it a little bit. And you have to part bake it unlike other crusts so it will be cooked all the way through. So you form it around your pan. I'm using a cake pan with a heavy bottom. That seems to work well and every body usually has one of them. Then I'm just going to part bake it for five minutes and take it out and fill it with the toppings. Now it's been five minutes and I'm going to take out my pan pizza crust. It's nice and part baked. Add a little more sauce to it. Cheese. And let it finish baking for another five to seven minutes. Now we're ready to check our no-yeast pan pizza to see if it's ready. The edges are nice and crisp, the cheese is melted, and that's how you make a no yeast pan pizza.
