Hi, my name is Chef Mike Neylan. I'm a Tucson Personal Chef and I'm here to show you how to store pizza dough properly in the refrigerator. After you shape your dough and you're not going to use it for that day, wrap it tightly in Saran wrap and store in the refrigerator in the coldest part on the top shelf. If you're not going to use it within two or three days, store it in the freezer and thaw out the day before you need it. And that is how you properly store pizza dough in the refrigerator.
