Hi, my name is Chef Mike Nylan. I'm a Tucson Personal Chef, and today I'm going to show you how to make a pizza in a, on a cooking tray. First, you take your dough, form it all along inside the cooking tray. Then you take your pizza sauce, go all around the bottom of the base. Then, you're going to use your pizza cheese which is Mozzarella, Provolone blend and then you can add any topping you like. Today, I'm we're going, I'm going to add pepperoni to it. Put any type of topping, vegetable, sausage, meatball, whatever you prefer. This is an easy pizza to make with the kids, you don't need any special thing besides the cooking tray which most people have already on hand. And I preheated my oven to 475. I'm going to bake it in there roughly 12 to 15 minutes, checking halfway through and turn around so it bakes evenly. I'm going to put it in the oven. We'll check back in about five minutes and turn it around halfway. Now, it's time to turn around our cookie tray pizza. Another five to seven minutes and it'll be ready. It's been about seven minutes for our cookie tray pizza, so let's check and see how it's doing. Perfect! The crust is nice and crisp, the toppings are done, the cheese is melting. And that's how you properly make a cookie tray pizza.
