Hi, I'm Chef Mike Neylan. I'm a Personal Chef in the Tucson, Arizona area, and today I'm going to teach you how to make pizza at home. You take your pizza dough, start by rolling it out gently, evenly and then when you get to a certain point, you want to take the edges very carefully with your knuckles and your thumb, you want to slowly bring the pizza out. This may take a few times because it is very gentle and you have to work it very easily. Then, you're going to take it on your floured pizza peel, working the dough along the edge into a cylinder shape. Then, you take your favorite sauce, then you work the sauce around to the edge of the pizza, about an inch away from the side. You take your pizza with any kind, type of cheese you like, Mozzarella, Provolone, blend is good, plain Mozzarella, whatever you prefer. And a little trick to learn if it's not sliding easily, now it's ready to go into your 500 preheated oven which I had a pizza stone in there heating up for the last 45 minutes. And now you're going to bake that pizza for roughly 10 to 12 minutes. And now it's been 10 to 12 minutes, so I'm going to check my pizza. It looks perfect. The crust nice and crisp, cheese is melted and a little bit golden brown. And that is how you make pizza at home.
