Hi I'm Chef Mike Neylan. I'm a personal chef in the Tuscon, Arizona area and today we are going to be making pizza dough. So the ingredients you are going to need for this are one cup lukewarm water, two ounces of yeast, two ounces of olive oil, two ounces of salt, four ounces of sugar, and three cups of flour. Now the proper way to mix all the ingredients are to the add the liquid ingredients first. So you add your lukewarm water, your olive oil, your salt and your sugar, and then your flour. You don't want to add your yeast right to the salt because that will kill your yeast. So be sure you add your flour before adding any other ingredient. Now you're going to mix until it pulls away from the edge of the bowl. Roughly three to four minutes. If you find that the dough it getting too liquidy, you can add a little more flour, maybe a tablespoon or two. After letting the dough mix for three to four minutes and it's pulling away from the bottom of the bowl, your dough is ready. You want to put a little bit of flour on your work surface. And even though you've gotten it out of the bowl, you still want to knead it a little bit. And that's how you make pizza dough.
