Hi, my name is Colette Ellis. I'm an executive coach, founder of Instep Consulting and author of "Focus On Your Vision." Today, I'm going to share with you a corporate culture classroom game that you can use at your next meeting retreat. It's the building blocks game. First, you want to divide your employees into teams of three to five people. Then you would hand each team a challenge card. The goal of the challenge is to assemble the blocks to match the image on the challenge card and there are a couple of twists with this. You can either have everybody working towards the same challenge card which means that the team that creates the image first wins or you could handle out five challenge cards to each time. So this is a fun corporate culture classroom game that you can use at your next meeting or treat. Let me know in the comments area if this information was helpful for you or if you have another fun creative idea to share. This is Coach Colette sharing tips and ideas to help you be happier in the workplace.
