Hi, I'm Christina Chiu. I'm a Computer Web Specialist, and today I'm going to show you how to annotate and Excel chart. So, if we open our Excel here we have random example data. So, what we need to do is highlight it, as such, click insert and inside the charts menus, select the chart you wish and for this demonstration we're just going to use like a 2-D bar chart. Now, to annotate, we simply need to the insert tab and select inside the text menu, select text box. So, for example, for this one we can just put a text box right here and it'll be for example, "Good." Another text box here and it'll be "Bad." And another text box here, "Oop", excuses, and we'll say okay. And then you could also switch around since it's, since it's a text box, it'll have the, you could still use your font styles here. So, if you want to change it, this will be, make it, simply highlight it; make it bold, make it bigger. So, that is how you annotate an Excel chart. Thanks so much for your time, my name is Christina Chiu.
