Hi, I'm Christina Chiu. I'm a computer web specialist and today I'm going to show you how to export a chart in Excel to a JPEG file. So if we open up our Excel right here you will see that we already have a sample chart ready, random draw with people on the bottom and numbers on the left. So just to export it we will simply select the chart like this, we're going to click on it, click on copy. Now you actually need something outside of Excel so if you have Paint or something similar to Paint in your softwares, just simply select it, start Paint. So we have Paint open here so we simply paste our chart here. So there you go and select file, save as, save as type JPEG or if not JPEG click on this pull down button and select JPEG file and they will be random draw under my pictures, click save and now it is a JPEG file. So that is how you export a chart in Excel to a JPEG file. Thanks you so much for your time. My name is Christina Chiu.
