Hi, I'm Maureen Wielansky of MakingItAllFit.com. And if you have trouble getting your kids to eat their veggies, you're going to love this creamy spinach dip with sour cream. So, it's super easy to make. How we do it, is we have a cup of sour cream and a cup of cottage cheese, kids love that. Two teaspoons of onion powder, a teaspoon of garlic powder and a cup of spinach. So, what I'm going to do first, is just chop off the spinach. Trust me, the kids won't even know that there's spinach in there, because it's going to taste so good. And they can use this to dip on you know, their veggies, or salads, you could sneak it into all kinds of meals. Okay, so, we're going to place that in with the sour cream. Now, I'm going to add the ricotta cheese and then, combine that, it might be a little stiff at first. Now, another you could do, is if your kids are just going to really p or you don't like seeing this. Is, you could put this all in a food processor, and it comes really creamy and green, it's actually a pretty, pretty color. Okay, so, now, we're going to add our spices. So, my two tablespoons of onion powder and one tablespoon of garlic powder, combine that. And as you keep stirring, it will get easier, it won't be so tough. Make sure there's no big bites of garlic or onion in there. And finally, we're just going to put a little bit of salt, just around the entire dip and then, combine that. And there you go, that is your creamy spinach dip, that your kids are going to love. I'm Maureen Wielansky of MakingItAllFit.com.
