Hi, I'm Monica D. Higgins with Don'tRemodelWithoutUs.com, and I'm here at the Tremont Luxury Condominiums in Los Angeles, California. To share ideas on how to decorate a new condo. First of, congratulations n your new purchase, it's a great way to start off. Now, one of the great ways to get design inspiration, is to check out the model unit. Because the developers go all out to make sure that unit is enticing, so you'll buy. So, let's take a look and see what the model unit looks like, here. As you think about decorating a new condo, what you want to do, is think about the mood that you'd like your condo to convey. Because that mood is going to help you determine your color palette. So, for example, in this model unit, it has a warm, earthy feel, because of the warm earth tones on the wall and on the floor. You also want to think about your furniture. Make sure it's to scale, it shouldn't be too large or too small. So, for example, for the dinning room table, you want to make sure that the size of the table and the chairs gives you enough room to pull out the chairs. So, people can move around without forcing somebody else to get up. And don't forget to put paintings on the wall. You want to make your condo look like somebody actually lives there. And lastly, bring in the outside, bring in plants and flowers to make it look comfortable. Again, I'm Monica D. Higgins with Don'tRemodelWithoutUs.com, here at the Tremont Luxury Condominiums. Where I just shared information on how to decorate a new condo.
