Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez, and I'm here at Live In Fitness in Los Angeles, California. I'm going to teach you how to get rid of the sagging and creepy skin underneath your arms today. So arms are going to start by being out to the side, palms facing down and you're going to do arm circles 40 times forward, squeezing your shoulder blades together the whole entire time and then you're going to flip your palms facing up and you're going to reverse the direction, 40 times. Remember to keep your shoulder blades squeezed together the whole entire time and you don't need weights for this one and then you're going to bring your hands to your temples, thumbs facing down, you're going to bring your elbows in and out and you get to do this about 25 times, squeezing your shoulder blades together in the back, every single time. And when you're done with 25, stop out to the side, bring your arms to the side and you're going to squeeze your back, about 20 more times here. You'll start to feel the burn in your shoulders and in your back. When you're done you'll lower the arms down just a little bit and you're going to repeat that movement, again just using the shoulder blades. These are little tiny movements but you will feel it. Try not to move your ribcage too much here, just the shoulder blades. You're going to flip your arms facing the back, you're going to bring them down for a small little rest. You're going to do a lateral lift, thumbs facing down and you're going to do 20 of these. When you are done with 20, you'll take a small rest here, bring your arms up, nice and upright, feeling the burn in your shoulders, firming up and toning up those arms. Then when you're done with 20, you'll stop right here, bring your arms out to the side, back in, 20 times, your own speed, your own pace. If you need a rest, take a rest. Last one, hold them out, flip your palms up and down, thumbs up and down, thumbs up and down, thumbs up and down, and you'll repeat that 20 times and when you're done you'll be so happy because your arms are going to be burning so you're going to take your arm across your chest, pull it across, stretch it out and this is the area that we're really targeting here, okay and then bring it overhead, stretch it out there. It will feel really good, woo, and then you're going to do the other side as well. So really stretch that arm over and then lift it above the head and then stretch that tricep out.
