Hi, I'm Chase Thompson-Baugh with Simply Mac, your local source for everything Apple. We're a Utah-based Apple specialist with eight stores in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, and today we're going to show you some more quick tips on the iPad that I know you're just going to love. So now I'm going to show you how you can combine pages of apps all together on one page on your iPad. So you'll notice here on my personal iPad, I have several different folders of applications. So I have a folder just for my kids applications; my son really likes books, so I like to put them all together. I also have my own games, and I have productivity applications over here. So, if I have several applications that I want to put together, it's really simple. So I'm going to put together some of these ones right here. All I have to is tap and hold on an icon until it begins wiggling like that. Now make sure you don't tap the X, because it's thinking that you're going to try and delete that application, and that's not what we want to have happen. So I'm going to tap cancel, and I'm just going to tap and hold on the icon - it gets kind of bigger - and then I'm going to move it over on top of a another one. You'll see that it already assigns it a name that I can change in a second. I'm going to go ahead and move some more in there. And even within the folder, you can go ahead and rearrange these as well. What this allows me to do is basically to combine several different applications - or application pages, rather, into one page. So I'm just going to call this Other, because none of these have a common theme, and I'm just going to tap my home button right here. That gets them to stop moving, and now they're combined into one place. But it's still on the second page of apps, and I'd like it here on the first page, so I'm just going to tap and hold, move it over to the edge, and then drop it into place. I can do this with any icon or folder. And now that they're all here, I don't have a second page of applications anymore. That's how you're going to combine them. Again, I'm Chase Thompson-Baugh with Simply Mac, and I've shown you how you can combine several pages of apps into one on your iPad.
