Hi, I'm Christina Chiu, I'm a computer web specialist and today I'm going to show you on how to make a Likert Scale using Microsoft Word. Now a Likert Scale is usually implemented using tables so once we open our Microsoft Word here we'll insert a table. So we'll slide to the Insert tab, slide to Table and it's usually have 4 choices for Likert Scales so it's going to have, so our table's going to have 5 columns so the 1st column could be for the questions and the rows will be for as many questions as we want to ask. So 5 columns and lets say 4 rows so we're going to do that, and the 2nd column would be strongly disagree. The 3rd column could be disagree, 4th column, agree. The 5th column, strongly agree, and the 1st question could be here and the 1st question could be something like; do you think Santa is awesome? And the second one could be another one like; are vegetables good? And so we either leave the inside of these blank so that your user can manually check them or we could do check more boxes. So if you wanted to add a check little box so click on the, click on the box you want it to add into, click on Developer and then add your box as such. Click on here, add your box, click on here, add your box. And that is how you make a Likert Scale using Microsoft Word. Thank you so much, my name is Christina Chiu.
