Deleting your web browser history is a very common concern or question that a lot of people have. Very simply it varies based on the type of browser you're using and how what user you're trying to delete your history for. So what we're going to do is we're going to show you how to delete your web browser history in Internet Explorer which is the most common browser that people will have problems with or use. So what we're going to do is we're going to open Internet Explorer. And once it opens, we're just going to go to the tools menu right here. We're going to click tools and we're going to navigate down to Internet options. And once in Internet options you're going to get a separate window that pops up. Inside of there you can see stuff such as your default homepage and then right below it there's a spot that says browsing history. You can manually go in and delete your browsing history such as temporary Internet files, preserve favorite website data or not, you can delete cookies, your list of websites you visited. You can also delete any saved passwords that you've used during your session or any data you filled out on a form. So usually what you can do is you can just check all of the boxes and click delete. It'll then go through and delete all your browsing history, everything you selected. You can also set it so that every time you exit Internet Explorer that it automatically will go through and delete your history so that you don't have to try and remember each time you use the program. Once you do that you can click apply and click OK and now if I go to exit Internet Explorer, it'll automatically go through and delete my browsing history for me. And once again this will vary based on the type of browser that you're using but Internet Explorer is going to be the most common browser that most people use. If you have a specific browser such as Mozilla or Safari or Opera, you can look into how to delete the browser history or where the tools menu is within those browsers.
