Hi. I'm Emily from and today we're going to be making tahini paste for hummus. The first thing you're going to need is you need a quarter of a cup of sesame seeds, quarter of a cup of about room temperature water, a fourth of a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt. So, the first thing, we're going to put the sesame seeds, this is a normal coffee grinder, you can get it pretty much in any drugstore. Putting our sesame seeds into the grinder, going to add our water, a drop of oil and a pinch of salt. The great thing with this is you can make it pretty much, you know, you'll see, in less than a minute and it's great for hummus, for baba ghanoush. It's also just good for having on hand, you can also make dressings out of it as well. So, we're going to let it grind for another second or so. And we're going to add a little bit more sesame seeds, it's a little watery. And, that is it. Here's our tahini for hummus, baba ghanoush or a salad dressing. Thanks. I'm Emily.
