Hi, I'm Daneen Green. I'm a personal chef and caterer, and today I'm going to show you how to make homemade granola. We're going to start with two cups of sliced almonds, four cups of rolled oats, two cups of shredded coconut, three quarters of a cup of vegetable oil, a half a cup of honey and two cups of dried fruit. You'll also need a medium bowl, a spoon and a half sheet pan. We're going to start by combining all of the dry ingredients, so your oats, your almonds, and your coconut and we're going to mix these together until they're incorporated. Then we're going to take our wet ingredients, your three quarter cup of olive oil or regular vegetable oil and your half a cup of honey. We're going to stir all of these together until it's incorporated. When you have all your dry ingredients combined with your wet ingredients, we're going to put them all onto a sheet pan and pop them into the oven. So you want to put your granola in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes. You want to stir it occasionally so that it all gets golden brown. Once your granola has come out of the oven about 45 minutes later, you're going to want to add your dry fruit and mix it all together. This can be a healthy snack in the morning or mid day. It's also really good with yogurt or berries, fresh berries and there you have it. I'm Daneen Green, and this has been how to make homemade granola.
