Hi, it's Faith with FaithDeyFitness.com. And, in this clip, I'm going to show you how to exercise to Salsa music. Salsa is a style of music that's found in a very popular Latin-based dance fitness class that you'll find all over the country. And, the move that we do is a Salsa move. It involves three steps with the feet, and then we add the hips, and then we add the hands. So, all you have to do is keep your hips and your knees loose, step out to the side, and replace, and then switch. So, it's a one, two, three. One, two, three. Side, center, and return. Side, center, and return. Now, I tell my students, "Concentrate on your feet, and then rolling the hips and moving the arms will follow." Thanks for watching. For eHow.com, I'm Faith Dey.
