Hi everyone. Christina here. Acne prone skin can be frustrating. But I've got a mask that'll not only help clear your acne, but help prevent it as well. Let's get started. For our materials we're going to be using a mixing bowl, whisk, spoon and measuring cup. For our ingredients we're going to be using everyday, common household breakfast items, such as egg whites and some oatmeal. So, let's get started buy measuring out a fourth a cup of egg whites. We're going to place this in to our mixing bowl. Egg whites will help pull out all of the dirt and debris and blackheads that cause further acne. Next, we're going to grab two tablespoons of oatmeal. Oatmeal will help to exfoliate the skin and also help to get the dirt and debris and other acne causing agents off of the skin. So, once we've got that in our bowl, we're just simply going to begin to mix it the two together. So, these are easy materials to mix. This should only take about thirty seconds. Make sure both are blended through. And your mask should look something like this. Apply and leave this mask on your skin for about ten minutes. You're going to want to do this mask about once a week for preventative measures. Now, when you have the mask sitting on your skin, you're going to know it's done because it's going to begin to flake and dry a bit. Simply wash with a warm washcloth to remove and moisturize as usual. That's it. I'm Christina. Thank you for watching.
