Hi, I'm Kino MacGregor. We're here at Miami Life Center. Today, we're going to be taking a look at yoga exercises for nerve pain in the legs. One of the easiest ways to really work with nerve pain in the legs is to really get deep inside of the pelvis and learn to externally rotate your hip joints. So starting off in a seated position, stretch out your legs in front of you and we'll just test out the limits of that deep external rotation. Starting on the right side, drop the right knee out to the side. If the knee is really raised, probably know that there is a lot of tension deep inside of the hip joint so focus on externally rotating the hip joint always protecting the knee. If that's possible, you can draw the foot all the way into the body and we'll try out the other side. Drawing the left knee out to the side, all the way in and now we're finding ourselves in a posture called Baddha Konasana, unlocking the deep spaces inside and help healing nerve pain.
