I'm Jae from, and I'm here with Rachelle to show you how to best dress for cold weather. Now, when dressing for cold weather, layers is always the best policy. Because of this, you'll be able to layer up enough clothes so you won't look super bulky, but you'll also be able to remove some of the clothing when you come inside so you cool off. Now, Rachelle started with a thermal, which is a great first layer. It helps to wick away sweat, even though it's really nice and thin, so you don't feel like you're wearing a lot of layers. Now, the next piece is the down vest. The down vest is perfect for insulating body heat, which means Rachelle's not going to be losing all of her body heat when she's going about her activities. Finally, we add a last layer, which is one that protects her from cold and snow, and moisture as well. All together, you want three layers: The first thermal layer, then an insulating layer, and then finally an outer layer that's waterproof. Now, when Rachelle goes inside, the layering makes it possible that she can take off whatever she needs to cool off and still look super fashionable. And, that's how to best dress on a cold day. I'm Jae from, and we'll see you next time.
