Hi, I'm Devra Gartenstein with Quirky Gourmet. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a pasta feta salad. Feta is a great ingredient to use in a pasta salad because it has such a strong flavor and the pasta itself has such a neutral flavor that they provide a really nice balance for each other. I'm using rotini pasta. I've precooked it and I drained it, ran some cold water through it to cool it down quickly, and then put just a little bit of oil on it to just hold it. So I'm going to add the crumbled feta cheese to it. I'm also adding some capers. They have a nice, strong flavor like the feta cheese. Some chopped green onion. And use some thinly sliced sweet red pepper. It's going to add some color. And the sweetness is going to complement the saltiness of the capers and the feta cheese really nicely. Now I'm going to dress this with some red wine vinegar, some olive oil, some salt, and some black pepper. And there you have a pasta feta salad.
