Hi, my name is Daisy. I'm an artist and I'm going to show you how to draw 3D tentacles. So I'm going to show this on a squid and really quickly draw a nice simple squid shape. It's kind of like an oval with a square and then draw lots of lines coming out which will be all the tentacles. They can criss over and do whatever you want them to do. And let's give our squid a little eye. So now we have the squid. We want to make the tentacles 3D so I'm going to focus on this one right here just to give it all the attention. Now, I'm going to make it 3D by adding the tentacles and their little suckers underneath just by doing little semicircles and then I'm going to change the shape just slightly by making it turn around so we can see the whole underneath of the tentacle. That will make it a lot more 3D. So then we follow this line and then we'll see the full suckers underneath. They're going to become little circles all the way to the end of his tentacle. And then we want to make it a little bit more realistic so we're going to shade all under this side. I'm going to shade all in between each of the tentacles so it gives it some depth. I'm going to shade some more all up and down here to make it look like a rounded object. You can do the same with the suckers as well by shading in bits of your semicircles. I'm going to show that example on another tentacle. Let's just shade this one in just on one side and then we see semicircles, which become the suckers underneath and this one would be shaded because this tentacle is above it. And there we go. My name is Daisy and that's how you make 3D tentacles.
