Hi, I'm Jae from Nomoremomjeans.com and I'm here at "Contagious Boutique" to show you the proper way to size a bikini. What's great about choosing a bikini for swim wear is that you get to choose two different sizes. That means that if you're a little less proportionate you have a smaller top and a larger bottom or vice versa, you can size properly so you always get the best fit. When it comes to choosing a bikini top you're going to measure your bust much in the same way you would measure for a bra. Some bikini sizes will come in bra sizes like a 32 A, a 34 B and so they're easier to choose but most come in a small, medium, large or size 2 to about 14. So you're going to measure just under the bust line right along here and when it comes to measurements, a 33 inch bust line is going to be a size 2 or an extra small, a 34 to a 35 will be a size 4 to 6 or a small, a size 35 to 36 is going to be a medium or a size 8 to 10 and a 37 to 38 and on to 40 will be anywhere from a size 12 to a 14 and a large or extra large. Now when it comes to hip measurements, you're going to measure right across the hip bone and that's going to tell you what size bottom you'll wear. When it comes to hip measurements a 36 is an extra small, a 37 to 38 is a small, a 39 to 40 is a medium and then a 40 on is a large to extra large. So depending on your sizes, you might have a large bottom and a small top but it just means you get the best size. And that's how to size for a bikini. I'm Jae with Nomoremomjeans.com and we'll see you next time.
