Hi, I'm Devra Gartenstein with Quarky Gourmet. Today, I'm going to show you how you how to make a Korean spinach salad. This is going to use a traditional Korean dressing. It's a soy sauce, molasses and sesame oil. And that's a flavor combination that you find in a lot of Korean dishes and you know, works well in cooked dishes. It also makes a lovely dressing. So here I have some soy sauce. And some molasses. It's about two parts soy sauce to one part molasses and then just a tiny bit of sesame oil because a little bit goes a long way. Mix this up. And I'm going to toss it with the spinach to coat it. I'm going to toss it with a pair of tongs. A pair of tongs is a great thing to use when you're dressing spinach. It just allows you to really work stuff in. I'm going to layer the other ingredients on the top because it looks better that way. You know if you mix it in with everything else they're going to fall to the bottom and you know, you won't really see them and we eat with our eyes as well as our palettes. So I have some green onions here. I'm going to sprinkle them on top. I'm also going to use some black sesame seeds. Toss them on top as well. And there you have a Korean spinach salad.
