Hi, I'm Brian from Trellis of the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland. And I'm here to show you how to grill honey salmon. So we are going to honey glaze the salmon. I have a beautiful salmon fillet here. We are just going to take and cut off a nice beautiful portion there like that. And I'm going to season this. Put a little olive oil, a little olive oil. A little salt, a little pepper. And we are going to throw this on the grill just to mark it first. And then once we get our marks on it we are going to honey glaze it. And I'm going to show you how to make a very interesting glaze. This glaze is with a little bit of mustard and a little bit of honey. So I have clover honey. And I"m going to take two tablespoons of clover honey. And I'm going to mix that with about a tablespoon of brown mustard. And this is the start for our glaze. We like to cook the salmon, grill the salmon. Get nice marks on it. And then we turn it over and once we have it turned over we put a little bit of our glaze, our honey glaze on top. And I have a piece of salmon that I've already started for us here. And I'm just going to turn that. And what we'll do is we'll take our fillet and put it on the platter here. Bring out my plate. Put a little bit of garnish for our salmon on the top. Set our grilled salmon, sizzling hot. A little drizzle of our honey glaze. Make sure you put a little extra on top there. I have fresh pea sprouts and we can find these in the grocery store, your favorite market that has little artisan greens. We are going to top this with a drizzle of olive oil. A little salt, a touch of pepper. And we have our honey glazed salmon.
