Hi, I'm Jeremy Manning, Director of Personal Training at Elevation Fitness and the founder of Uplift Project. Today we'll be covering hand strengthening exercises for keyboarders. First we want to strengthen the wrist. I'm using a weighted ball but you can use a tennis ball or anything equivalent. You start off with wrist in line your elbow, knuckles in line with your wrist, the palm facing down. What you want to do is relax and flex, nice and easy. Work through the range of motion and next we'll do the hand strengthening exercises for the individual fingers so what you want to do is again you can use a tennis ball. I'm using a weighted ball, palm facing up, just push in as hard as you can, each individual finger and thumb, nice and easy, weighted ball or tennis ball, just something that creates resistance, nice easy, comfortable flexion, one finger and thumb at a time.
