Hi. This is Willy McNeely from STRONG Gym. And this is how to build muscle the old fashioned way. Now, there are several different types of things you can do to build muscles if you are farmer or if you have more of a manual labor job, that would want to you know, kind of be more old fashioned type of exercise and build muscle. But today I'll go in and show you a couple of exercises that you can use to build muscle the old fashioned way. The first exercise I'm going to perform are sledge hammer strikes. Now, sledge hammer strikes will utilize the muscles of your shoulders, arms and even your abdominals, you know. So, you want to get a lot of good engagement right there. I'll go in and perform a few reps for you. The next exercise I'm going to perform are tire flips, which is a full body exercise which is going to use every muscle in your body.
