Hi. My name is Cliff Wallach Greenberg. I'm a music instructor at rokafonik.com and today I'm going to teach you how to put on a guitar strap when you only have one peg. Most guitars, acoustic guitars, only have one peg in the back to attach your strap. So I'm going to take the side of the strap that has the holes and I'm going to place the strap, the hole right around the peg so it's on nice and secure. Now I'm going to move the guitar and I'm going to take the other side of the strap which I have a string attached to where the holes are. Since there is no peg to attach, I'm going to tie the string. So what you want to do is you want to take the string and you want to thread it through underneath the guitar strings. Sometimes it's a little hard to do but you can get it. Keep pushing until you come through and now we're going to come and we're going to tie a knot. Just a simple double know will do. Make sure it is nice tight. As you can see, the strap is now attached to the guitar. I'm going to place it over my head and as you can see, I can shake and let it hand and it's nice and tight. It will not fall. This has been Cliff Greenberg with rokafonik.com. Thank you for watching.
