Today, we will be talking about how to get in shape if you are obese. Now there's a number of different things that you should begin to do in order to get in shape. But the very first most important thing is consulting your physician. You want to make sure that you don't have any restrictions or any, you know, health-related issues that may prevent you from beginning. So first, you want to make sure that you consult your physician and get the okay to begin exercise. Now once you get that okay from your physician, in order to exercise, you want to start off slow. So you want to start off by walking. You know maybe even power walking. You can go in the gym and do a total body workout instead of doing you know singled out workouts for each muscle group. You want to get your whole body going in order to get that whole body moving to start you on the process of losing weight and getting out of the area of being obese. So first you want to consult with your physician. Next you want to make sure that you are ready for exercise. And then you want to get started. Getting started is the most important thing that you need to do. You can get started a number of different ways. Walking, power walking, going you know to the gym doing a total body workout. You can use the machines, you can use the cardio machines. There's a number of different things that you can do but most importantly just get started.
