Hi, I'm Heather Bertinetti and you're watching eHow.com. I want to talk a little bit about chocolate covered pretzels. It's probably one of the most versatile things you can possibly do. You can coat them in white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and put any type of topping on them. Let me show you a little trick that I have here. I have some melted white chocolate in my bowl and the one thing about dipping anything in chocolate is it can get quite messy. So what I do is I use a fork, just remove it from our heat, place the pretzel on the fork and submerge it into the chocolate like so. Now while it's still wet, I have an array of different sprinkles here. Halloween is coming up so I'm going to do some orange, it can get a little messy here and some chocolate sprinkles. I'm going to place them on my sheet pan. You're just basically using the chocolate like glue. Let me dip another one into our sprinkles. Now when you do the pretzels too you can use the rods, the pretzel rods or the thin ones like I'm using right now or the big thick Sander's Amish ones, those are good too. And the fun thing is these always look good on a table for the holidays. You can have red and green around Christmastime. We can do like I'm doing the orange your Halloween. So when these are done we're going to pop these in the refrigerator just until they're set and we'll have an awesome snack. So here we have it guys. Our pretzels are all set. I just took them out of the refrigerator. Don't they look fun. I'm Heather Bertinetti. Catch me again on eHow.com.
