Hi. I'm Karen Bukolt with Today I'm going to show you how to make a chick pea and eggs salad. To start making our chick pea and egg salad, we are going to take some romaine lettuce that we have washed, and we are going to chop it. I like to cut it, using my kitchen sheers. And you can make it as big or as small as you would like. All right. So, we're not going to add our chick peas, and we have tempe that we have cut into about half inch pieces and we shook it in about a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. But make sure it's vegan Worcestershire sauce, otherwise it comes with anchovies, some chopped cucumbers and some chopped egg whites. Now, we are going to make our dressing. Our dressing consists of a little bit of grape seed oil, a dash of red wine vinegar, remember you can always add more vinegar, but you can't take it away. Salt, pepper, secret ingredient, smoked paprika, a little bit of yellow mustard. if you don't have a shaker, pour some into the cap so you don't pour too much in. So, you've got a little bit of dry mustard and just a tad bit of sugar. Now, we shake it up, and add it to our salad, and toss it. As with most of our salads, we're going to want to chill it for about an hour or so before we serve it. Once again, I'm Karen with That's Vegetarian.
