Hi, my name is Nancy Paterra, and I'm a makeup artist in Los Angeles. And we are going to discuss concealer for dark skin. Basically skin is skin no matter what color it is. So when selecting a concealer all you need to do is find the color that's one increment lighter then the actual skin tone. So what you are going to need is a brush, concealer brush preferably synthetic. And a concealer that's one increment lighter then the actual skin tone. Place a little concealer on the brush. And place it underneath the eye area. Look straight up. A little bit around the nose and right here on the corner of the eye. We want to lift and hide that. Place a little bit underneath where we all have a tendency to be a little dark. And then anywhere on the face if there happens to be a blemish here and there go for there. Put a thin veil of your concealer on. Turn your face a little. Right here we have a little dark spot so just take a little, brush it right on. Then using your fingertip gently blend it in. Look straight up. So you are just brightening up the eye area. Highlighting around the nose. Getting rid of any imperfections. And brightening up the skin tone. So lets review. When dealing with concealer for a darker skin all you need to do is get a concealer that's one increment lighter. Concealer brush, apply it to the eye area, around the nose. Any blemishes that you may have blend them in gently with the fingertip and you are good to go. Thank you.
