Hi, I'm Tina Gill with Worthwhile Style, and today I'm going to show you a couple of different ways to wear a button down shirt under a V neck sweater. The first way is with your little collar points tucked into your sweater. This is the most classic and traditional way to wear a button down shirt. It is very conservative and very classic. So with that, what I would recommend is just having the peak of your sleeve of your shirt pop out from your sweater. Again, very classic look. If you want to update a little bit and make it a little bit more free flowing, pop your collar tips out and you can even unbutton that first top button. This really opens up the collar. This makes it a much more fun and young and a great way to kind of showcase your face. The nice thing about this look is that if you have a round face, this is going to counterbalance some of your roundness. It's basically opposites attract. So if you have a round wider face this V neck here, the V neck with the purple shirt and then the tips of the collar are going to counterbalance that roundness. This is a little bit more loose, a little bit more casual. So what I've done with that is pop the sleeve of the cuff up here over the sweater. Again push them up to your elbows. It's a little bit more relaxed, still a classic look overall but definitely a little bit more young and fun. As you can see there's a couple of different ways to wear a button shirt under a V neck sweater so just try it and see what you like and what you prefer. I'm Tina Gill with Worthwhile Style, and thanks for watching.
