Hi, I'm Heather Bertinetti, and you're watching eHow.com. I'm going to share something with you that my mom used to make for us when we were children. Growing up in New Jersey we used to go down to the shore all the time and my mom would always try to come up with innovative beach snacks. So, I'm going to shore with you her favorite Summer fruit dip. First, I'm going to start with some cream cheese here. It's about eight ounces of store bought cream cheese. Next, we have a jar of what I like to call marshmallow dip. Everybody knows our favorite ice cream topping and I'm just going to put one whole entire jar of marshmallow dip and we're going to mix it into the cream cheese. There's really no possible way you can mess this up guys. So, let's start to incorporate this and then we'll take the spatula and put that off to the side and switch to a whisk. Whisk until all the lumps are out and it's smooth. It smells delicious. Now just to finish this off I like to add a little bit of vanilla extract. Just gives it a little nicer flavor, about half a teaspoon will do. We'll whisk that in, make sure everything is all incorporated and those flavors marry and meld together and now we'll plate it. Take a nice big dollop. So you can pair this delicious dip with whatever kind of fruits you want. My favorite personally is always strawberry but here I also have banana and kiwi, anything that's in season, you can't go wrong. So it's just cream cheese, vanilla extract and marshmallow topping. Let's have a bite. Oh my God, thanks mom. I'm Heather Bertinetti. Catch me next time on eHow.com.
