on 4/10/2008 Three chamber fort, ideal for boaty and gbb. Use bed as main/upper level, chairs on left and right side with sheet covering bed across the chairs. Couch cushions to reinforce walls and make tunnel entrance. Use of tin can phone is a must, flashlight to see, bring food and drink also. If bored, try making up a game... be creative

on 7/27/2006 if you want to make a window, try to line up your sofa cushions in straight lines going up for the walls, then all you have to do is leave a gap in the middle of one of the lines of sofa cushions. To build on top of it, place a large cushion that would stick out of the lines in the rows of sofa cushions.

on 7/14/2006 You can add a stereo or use an old computer speaker and hook it up to a portable CD player for surround sound. I have tried and it is really cool.

on 3/14/2006 You can use chairs and drape blankets over it. Make doors out of the blankets and make a crack through it and you have a door. Make sure you have a other exit so you can get out for an emergency. Have food and drinks available. Pillows and blankets are used inside the fort as well, have a fun time and have fun with your friends and family.

on 1/13/2006 Be sure to save some pillows for inside. Also, stuffed animals are also very good substitutes for pillows! Have a fun time!

on 12/30/2005 If you can, use a light-weight mattress to use for the roof of your fort. You can prop it up with sofa cushions. But make sure that you have enough room to sit up, because otherwise you will hit your head on it, and it will fall on you. I did this today, and it is so cool!!!
Also, create some "vents" by sticking pillows between the sofa cushion walls. Trust me, it helps.

on 11/22/2005 tape or find a way to put string from the wall of your fort to the other wall of your fort and then drape your blanket or whatever you are using for a roof so that your roof doesnt droop down and fall on you!!

on 11/22/2005 Build an escape tunnel, so that there are more exits in case of emergency. Always be sure to make a "self-destruct" lever for easy cleanup. Lastly, try not to use tape. It gets stuck on the blankets.
