on 11/14/2008 Try using Rebtel. It is very cheap, and sometimes free to call internationally. You don't need a computer, except to get a number. After that, you just use your phone. It's a great service that was long overdue.
on 10/27/2008 There are two different phone codes in Moscow from January 2008. One code is 495 and another is 499. The code of Russia is not change 7.
