on 11/22/2005 Avoid wearing obvious soccer colours while in Britain in general. In Glasgow, do not wear green & white (Celtic) or mostly blue (Rangers) into a pub. People there take their "football" extremely seriously and if you wear the wrong colours in the wrong place you are in trouble!
