* Acrylic Paints
* Glues
* Nail Files

Step1
Brush off loose dust; save any big pieces.
Step2
Spread glue thinly and to the edge of broken surfaces.
Step3
Fit the pieces together as well as possible. Add back any loose chips, but make sure the edge is smooth.

Allow to dry.

on 4/16/2007 You can also use Plaster of Paris from a local craft store. Make sure it is firm enough to mold and it helps to have wet fingers to smooth it. You can also file the plaster with sandpaper or emery board depending on the size.
